We keep our rates as fair as possible

  • We bill in half-hour blocks, with a minimum of 1 hour.
  • We do not charge for the technician’s travel time.
  • Same day service for emergencies is possible
  • Flexible booking times

Flexible rates for every budget

Some jobs can take several hours, so instead of our standard hourly rate we will quote you a cost for the entire job regardless of the hours.

Data recovery will cost more depending on the damage of your hard drive.

Sometimes we come across a problem that is not fixable due to the age of the computer or the circumstances of the fault. In keeping with fairness and the value of the job we may choose not to charge the full amount of the technicians time. We may charge for the technicians travel costs.

If we advise you this is not an issue that can be fixed and a technician’s visit or remote support is still requested we will charge the standard base rate for the service.

If you have connection issues seek your Internet Service Provider for assistance before requesting our services. If we attend the site and the issue is proved to be your internet provider the standard charges will still apply.

If you have booked the technician / requested their attendance and they have been despatched you will still need to pay the 1 hour minimum

If we have to replace a part we will advise you of the cost upfront. We are happy to provide the parts or advise you on where and what to buy. Decision is entirely up to you.

Bookings and Cancellations

We kindly ask for your consideration of at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your booking, so the appointment time-slot can be re-allocated accordingly. Please contact us on 1300 655 121 should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We may ask you to pay a booking fee to lock in your booking. This fee is part of your 1 hr onsite minimum cost.
